I gave birth mid-PCS (translation for our non-military friends: Permanent Change of Station) and had a baby while my husband was TDY (translation: away for training), so I personally understand the unique challenges of giving birth while far from home. My passion for childbirth, lactation, and parenting, combined with an intimate understanding through personal experiences of blooming wherever you are planted, led to the foundation of Dandelion Birth & Beyond.
I have supported over 60 births, and through each of those experiences, gained knowledge and exposure to natural childbirth with midwives in homes and hospitals, as well as OB’s, high-risk pregnancies, induction, and NICU stays.
I am dedicated to serving the families in and around El Paso, Texas. Whether you are part of the military family or you're a civilian family, Dandelion Birth & Beyond
is here to help you with all of your pregnancy, birth, postpartum, placenta encapsulation, and lactation needs.

It takes a village...
Community is at the heart of Kindra’s work. She understands how important it is for families to feel connected and supported, no matter where they’re blooming. Through many moves, she recognizes that a village doesn’t just build itself, and that sometimes it can be challenging to meet others. She seeks to provide community connections to help families who are working to create their own village—support networks that offer strength, encouragement, and belonging. By facilitating these connections, families, whether military or civilian, feel grounded, seen, and cared for throughout every stage of their journey.
