We offer one-on-one prenatal education classes in person in  El Paso, Texas, Alamogordo, New Mexico, and virtually. During Foundation & Vision, your doula will have a chance to get to know you on a deeper level and discover what your Dream Birth looks like, and you'll take some time to find out what your preferences and priorities are as you create a birth plan. You will learn about comfort measures during labor during our Comfort & Village session. This will be a chance for you, your partner, and your doula to walk through what you can expect during labor and prepare for the Fourth Trimester! We will space these visits out during your pregnancy, and meet wherever works best for you: at a local coffee shop, a park so your children can play, or in your home if you prefer a little more privacy. Bring all your questions, and we will bring evidence-based answers so that you can feel informed, confident, and nurtured on your birth journey.
