Serving military families is especially meaningful to me because as an Air Force Reserve wife, I understand the unique challenges that come with military life—frequent moves, deployments, limited local support systems, and the uncertainty that can accompany each new duty station. My goal is to create a calm, reassuring presence, ensuring every family feels heard, respected, and supported throughout their pregnancy and birth experience.

I believe every birth is unique, and I tailor my care to meet the individual needs, preferences, and goals of each client. Whether you're preparing for your first baby or adding to your growing family, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and the immediate postpartum period. From helping you create a birth plan to offering comfort measures during labor and encouraging informed decision-making, I am honored to walk alongside you every step of the way.
